As promised

Another blog people. Ok. Everything at Castlehouse is all in motion. Got a couple of sessions tonight. Check out the ustream from yesterday I completed. I basically talked about the Oscar Synth which is very dope. The next synth I'm going t cover is the Wasp. A ribbon controlled synth, kinda like the first Monotron. (For those that don't know,, Korg created this mini synth called the Monotron that is ribbon controlled. Aside from that and seeing GB celebrate (I dread that) I'm finally wrapping up The S.I.R.E mixtape. Its gonna be fresh and I'm just finishing different plans and routes to take it t the next.

Big ups to Iself Devine that is gonna be releasing some heat soon. Another shot out to the Fam, Castlehouse Worldwide Staff, and my music teacher. I was really nervous doing the ustream but it is allgood. Another V.S. tonight so hopefully we will place more video content. Yo check out Bishop Lamonts new video called faded featuring Nate Dogg.

WORK!

h e l l o w o r l d , i t s King, and im updating you guys on every thang. Recent studio enhancements have taking place over the last couple of months so, ive been busy. Ive also been busy getting ready for this Little Brother album thats coming out. Its entitled, "Leftback" and its really dope man. I did a track on it called "So Cold", also I have material that will be on Big Pooh's album, (big up to Pooh for that). Just working with the staff in writing new material as well for national R&B artist, as well as Rap, and Gospel acts nationally and in the cities.

Also,, be on the look out for my homie St. Paul Slim, in his debut album entitled, "Bald Headed Samsun" with tracks by Myself in King Karnov Productions + Reg E Reg from 3rd eye ent as Soultools Productions. Its tight and Slim is incredible. I just hate that people wish for this union to fail. you guys know who are and I hope you are reading this. lol,,,,

Big ups to Freddie Foxxxx, one of my mentors in this game, who has a Ustream channel that recently had Pete Rock on his SP-1200 as they did a live performance of Industry Shakedown. That was hot.

Im also beta testing for apple with the new Logic 9, ive even had them create a King Karnov Edition of logic 9 which is pretty hot.

I hope that you guys who dont know it know that King Karnov is a Minneapolis creation, even though I was born in chicago. It wasnt until I brought my equipment to the apple that I really got a chance to get a chance, and I really thank everybody from Minnesota for it. I appreciate all my comrads in the game for their toleration of myself, (who can be bullheaded at times) Reg e Reg, Toki, I self, Fam Fued, TCF, Illuminous 3 and many others.

Also be on the look out for the new Mastermind mixtape, and the new Mastermind LP which will be entirely produced by me.

Check out the new articles on Nodfactor.com. Nodfactor is a site dedicated to the beats that makes the music game worth keeping your ears open. This site is brought to you by Mr. Jerry Barrow who was the former Editor in chief of the greatest beat magazine, "Scratch". He was very instrumental in my development in the networking game as he gave this Minneapolis brother a chance by giving me the first ever "Hydrosonics" (kinda like unsigned hype section) Minneapolis Stand Up!!!!!!

I really appreciate you guys reading and email me if you have questions. Kingkarnovbeats@gmail.com .. peace

Man,,,,its been a minute

yep, it has been a minute since I been on here. Still doing work, getting studio stuff done, building booths and stuff. lol... Man, loving alot of this new technology tho, and I have been dabbling alittle with software that me and my friends are making right now. For music of course. Then there are the basses. I have gotten rid of a bass and acquired two either thru trade or small purchase, and some good ones too.

The beats are always the easy part, it is always the middle men or getting aligned with the right individuals who are able to work. I have learned so much about working with people in the last year and a half. Being under the headphones, you can just be used to working on the machine of your choice, (which requires communication with your hands by pressing buttons, strumming melodies or whateva) Working with people is a pretty new experience as far as business collaboration. But I am still learning, im not boss hogging it yet. I encourage all producers to get out there and meet people, (I know you're use to being on the machine so you dont have to talk to many people) but networking is just as important if not more important than the music. I was told that from a colleague a while ago, and I looked at him like (what are you talking about) but most of the placements I have gotten has been on having a certain network/relationship with people. Well I guess my colleague was right.

Meeting with 3 great artist tomorrow to network so keep grinding peace.
